Cute name! The exercises I typically repeat: 1-hour yoga classes (generally gentler ones like Deep Stretch or Basic, but sometimes more intense like Strength Yoga or outdoor flows), twenty minute walks, or 40 minute walks, or 1-hour walks (sometimes longer), a hike (anywhere from a half hour to a few hours), half walking/jogging on the treadmill for twenty minutes. It sounds like you have a great balance for exercises! As I've gotten older, I've learned how important incorporating stretching is to everyday maintenance. Thanks for sharing! <3
